Payment Conditions
Last updated: August 2026. These conditions apply to payments for Bothends Farms orders, quotations, invoices, and related services.
Accepted payment methods
Payment methods available for a transaction will be stated on the quotation, invoice, checkout page, or by an authorized Bothends Farms representative. Do not make payment to unverified personal accounts or unofficial contacts.
Payment confirmation
An order may remain pending until payment is verified where prepayment is required. A payment reference or screenshot does not by itself constitute confirmation; confirmation occurs when funds are verified by Bothends Farms or the relevant payment provider.
Deposits and balance payments
Large, customized, prepared, or special-source orders may require a deposit before sourcing or preparation begins. The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline stated on the quotation or invoice.
Invoices and receipts
Approved orders may be issued an official invoice. A receipt is issued after qualifying payment is confirmed. Customers should retain these records for reference.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the nature and status of the order. Customized or perishable products, prepared items, and costs already incurred may not be fully refundable once processing has started, subject to applicable consumer law.
Chargebacks and disputed payments
Please contact Bothends Farms first if you believe a payment is incorrect. Fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals may result in suspension of an order or account and recovery of legitimate costs where permitted by law.
Taxes and third-party fees
Applicable taxes, transaction charges, or payment-provider fees may be added or disclosed where required. The customer is responsible for charges stated in the confirmed order or invoice.
